We will manually review the information you sent and research the building, along with previous rulings from your area. You’ll then receive an email with our findings and a request for additional information (typically within 24 hours of signing up).

We evaluate all cases for free and won’t share your information with anyone.

P.S. We spend a lot of time per case and want to provide a good experience for all clients. Therefore, we don’t take on more than seven new cases per month. For now, we have capacity, but should you choose to get back to us later in the year, we can’t guarantee having time to take on new cases.
